"The rooms are beautiful—the hotel in general is stunning! We did notice some small issues in our premiere king room (tub not draining well, one of the sinks draining slowly, tech issue with Chromecast/connection to the tv). Otherwise, it was a great stay. Everyone who works there is attentive, personable, and helpful. Shoutout to Kyle at the front desk for being prompt and kind!"

"If you want an upscale place to stay in Richmond, then this is the place. The rooms are top notch, with all the amenities. If you’re hungry, the food is great. If you’re thirsty, the bar service is second to none. The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s a great location, with plenty in walking distance. Easy access from the interstate. I highly recommend them."

"I enjoyed my stay at The Jefferson Hotel, and my alligator friend Lily did as well. Upon arriving, I felt a sense of awe admiring the elegant nature of the building, and I found it to be fascinating to stay in a historic hotel. I appreciated the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the amenities both in my room and throughout the hotel. My room was well furnished with a large tv, a mini fridge, multiple seating areas, and a spacious..."

"I don’t know that I’ve ever had such an overwhelmingly pleasant hotel experience. The Jefferson has perfectly nailed the juxtaposition of maintaining its historic beauty while offering updated features. The service was outstanding, and we loved the little touches of complimentary chocolates on a piece of cardstock with a fitting quote accompanied by evening turndown service as well as the gifted note cards imprinted with area architecture. Every detail has been considered; the room was well appointed; the soaker tub..."

"We came here for the champagne brunch before Christmas. We've been here before to see the Christmas decorations but this time we had reservations for brunch. The hotel was beautifully decorated and classy and the wait staff were amazing! The chefs at the brunch/ carving and dessert stations, were exceptional! The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the shrimp was large and very fresh! They even had oysters on the half shell amongst many many more delicious brunch items!..."

"The rooms are spacious, with the layout (and doorbell) making it feel like an apartment. Bathroom was big, with a TV in the mirror! Everyone was friendly. Indoor pool on the same level as our room was convenient. Paid self parking with in and out privileges was conveniently just across the street. Only thing is lack of restaurants and coffee shops within a short walking distance. We had reservations at Lillie Pearl (a 5 minute walk)- and had a great..."

"Always a pleasure. We visited for Sunday brunch and had a wonderful experience. The service was Grade A, and the food selection and quality was top tier. Special shout out to the chef(s) for Spoon Bread, Eggs Benedict and Crab and Corn chowder. From a cultural perspective, I'm always disturbed by the lengths taken to prevent anyone other than upper class Caucasians from enjoying the experience that The Jefferson offers. If I'm not mistaken, it was the late 1970's before..."

The service was outstanding and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From the moment we arrived I felt celebrated and cared for in a way that went beyond standard hospitality. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The architecture, elegance, and atmosphere make you feel like you’ve stepped into something timeless and royal. Our suite was beautiful..."
